Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Paint Preparation Specialist to join our team at Masonite International. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for reading orders, gathering materials, and installing glass inserts according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reads and interprets customer orders to gather necessary materials and equipment
• Pulls, cleans, and installs glass inserts according to customer specifications
• Operates production machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year of experience in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Strong knowledge of door types and customer quality specs
