Key Responsibilities- Facility Maintenance: Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and scrubbing.
- Minor Repairs: Conduct minor repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and unclogging toilets.
- Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the facility grounds, including mowing, pruning, and weeding.
- Event Support: Assist with the setup and breakdown of furniture, equipment, and other materials for events.
- Supply Management: Monitor and replenish supplies such as cleaning products, paper towels, and toilet paper.

- Experience: At least 1 year of housekeeping experience.
- Physical Demands: Able to lift and carry up to 30-50 pounds. Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Able to work independently without supervision.
