This role offers a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $123,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and opportunities for professional development and growth.

As a Behavioral Health Geriatric Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also administer medications, monitor patient reactions, and provide education on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans
  • Administer medications, monitor patient reactions, and provide education on health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Provide individualized care that meets the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • BLS certification required prior to orientation completion
  • Act 31 training completion required within 45 days of hire
