JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of custodial and maintenance tasks across multiple facilities.

KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Conducting cleaning and maintenance of classrooms, offices, and common areas.
  • Utilizing appropriate equipment for floor care, including mopping, waxing, and polishing.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of windows, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Managing waste disposal and reporting maintenance needs.
  • Performing minor repairs and inspections of facilities.
  • Assisting with snow and ice removal as necessary.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants should possess basic interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to follow instructions. Experience in custodial services, particularly in educational settings, is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must demonstrate adequate physical strength and stamina to perform the duties of the position. A physical examination may be required.
