Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a Behavioral Health setting, utilizing your expertise and skills to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols.
- Document patient progress, including vital signs, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Behavioral Health or a related field.
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
