We are seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join our team at Norton Medical Group. As an Anesthesiologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Competitive annual salary: $465,000 for 0-2 years of experience, $475,000 for 2+ years of experience
* $50,000 sign-on bonus
* Up to $100,000 recruitment incentive for residents paid over 5 years
* $50,000 retention bonus for physicians with more than one year of experience
* Comprehensive benefit package, including 403b matching, relocation assistance, 8 weeks' vacation, 40 hours paid CME time and funds, and malpractice and licensure paid by the hospital

**Job Responsibilities**

* Provide anesthesia services for general surgery, OB/GYN, bariatrics, spine, orthopedic, urology, and ENT procedures
* Perform regional blocks and spinals/epidurals
* Work in a 1:7 first and second call rotation with a 30-minute call back
* Major trauma cases are transferred to Louisville hospitals
