Position Summary

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be crucial in shaping our financial direction. Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, your role will be essential in financial forecasting, ensuring operational precision, and deriving insights through comprehensive analysis. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a combination of financial acumen, strategic organization, and exceptional communication skills to thrive in a dynamic environment. This position not only enhances the finance team but also allows for frequent collaboration with our senior leadership, making a significant impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide thorough financial and operational analyses to key stakeholders, including the executive team, lenders, and investors.
2. Lead precise forecasting efforts, identifying key opportunities and potential risks proactively.
3. Maintain intricate financial models and forecasts, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and cash flow projections, essential for evaluating business performance and guiding strategic planning.
4. Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and financial constraints.
5. Develop and manage long-term financial planning, including strategic plans that incorporate growth objectives and market trends.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leading process enhancements and workflow automation.
7. Support the integration of newly acquired entities to ensure seamless operational transitions.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate finance or a related field.
- Proficient in advanced computing, with a strong ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and create forecasts; expertise in Microsoft Suite is essential, familiarity with Adaptive Insights is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills, demonstrated in independent work settings with concurrent projects.
- Collaborative mindset with robust financial and analytical capabilities, thriving in team-oriented environments.
- Comfortable engaging with individuals across various levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA is advantageous.
