As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) at Verbal Beginnings, you will play a key role in providing clinical oversight for a team of therapists and clients. Your leadership will be instrumental in assessing clients, developing treatment plans, and overseeing the training and implementation of client programs.

About Verbal Beginnings

We are a growing, BHCOE-accredited and BCBA-owned and operated autism therapy provider serving children diagnosed with autism. Our mission is to change lives, one child at a time, and we are committed to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to deeply understand clients' needs
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
  • Train, supervise, and support a team of RBTs dedicated to client care
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes
  • Coordinate with caregivers to empower them as partners in their child's progress
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs
  • Licensed in the state of Maryland or actively pursuing licensure
  • Dedicated to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to clients and their families
