Job Title: Document & Data Management Specialist IV

About the Role:

This position plays a critical role in the success of our projects by leading the planning and coordination of Project Document & Data Management (PDDM) responsibilities. The successful candidate will support task force objectives and project milestones, demonstrating expertise in PDDM procedures and relevant company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in project task force meetings to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies, promoting the use of Fluor's knowledge management portals and communities.
  • Review and provide feedback on the work of others to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Direct the work activity and training of PDDM task force team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • May report directly to task force engineering manager or department management for special assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements for documentation maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the project.

Requirements:

This role requires a strong understanding of PDDM procedures and relevant company policies. The successful candidate will be able to fill any role in PDDM in an efficient manner, maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders, including project clients, engineering subcontractors, internal taskforce members, and field personnel.
