Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shuttle Driver to join our team at Propark Mobility. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting customers to and from our facility, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the efficient operation of our shuttle bus fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Services: Drive shuttle bus and transport customers to and from the facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride.
  • Customer Service: Greet passengers, provide assistance with loading and unloading, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses, monitor vehicle condition, and report any issues to dispatch or supervisor.
  • Communication: Communicate with dispatchers, drivers, and other employees using a two-way radio system to coordinate routes, announce arrivals and delays, and handle other vehicle or customer issues.
  • Safety and Security: Monitor traffic and weather conditions, report accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor, and ensure compliance with all traffic and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Valid driver's license, at least 3 years of driving experience, and ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk, and hear. Occasional lifting and/or moving of objects up to 25lbs.
  • Work Environment: Regularly exposed to weather conditions, fumes, and airborne particles. Noise level can range from minimal to moderate.
