Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct field personnel involved in projects, including orientation, timekeeping, daily reports, safety reports, accident reports, and disciplinary reports.
  • Function as the Site Safety Representative for projects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Plan and execute construction takeoffs, utilizing bid estimates as guidelines, to ensure efficient and profitable job execution.
  • Coordinate with Fabrication to optimize material installation and labor costs.
  • Maintain personal tools and equipment as directed by Leadership.
  • Ensure all field employees under their leadership comply with Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, and Policy and Procedure Manual guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Valid state driver's license; Master Electrician license preferred.
  • More than 5 years of experience and knowledge in commercial and industrial electrical work.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills using sophisticated test equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
  • Ability to safely operate and maintain specialized electrical service vehicles.
  • OSHA 30 Hour, CPR, and First Aid training.
  • Effective and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to manage customer and company information in an organized manner.
  • High levels of productivity, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
