About the Job:
This is an entry-level position that requires a strong background in administration and organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and local authorities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Assist in developing and implementing project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and quality control.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical and logistical challenges.

Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, project management methodologies, and construction regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
