Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with attorneys during all phases of class action litigation, including pre-filing investigations, discovery, certification, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
2. Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
3. Conduct thorough legal research and factual investigations to support case strategies.
4. Organize and maintain comprehensive case files, managing extensive volumes of documents and data.
5. Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses to facilitate case progress.
6. Manage case calendars and deadlines, ensuring adherence to court rules and procedural requirements.
7. Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
