Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Professional.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service and support to customers and sales force, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage high-volume incoming telephone orders and respond to customer inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures.
- Edit and verify order details for accuracy and completeness, minimizing errors and rework.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, aligning with Airgas's values and mission.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- A basic understanding of customer service principles and practices, applied to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in an industrial setting.
Benefits:
This opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, reflecting your value as a key contributor to our team.
