Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Casper Dental Corp PLLC. This is a full-time/part-time opportunity to work in a high-volume dental office, providing quality dental care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, root planning, and polishing
  • Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review and vital sign measurements
  • Provide personalized recommendations for maintaining oral health and educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
  • Administer local anesthesia or nitrous oxide as directed by the dentist
  • Perform medical coding for dental procedures and maintain accurate patient records
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Valid Dental Hygiene license in Texas
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
  • Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, oral health conditions, and treatment options
  • Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $40-60 per hour or a percentage of production. We are willing to negotiate and provide a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
