As a key member of our Global IT organization, you will be responsible for working closely with business executives and product teams to deploy a supplier MDM strategy tied to business priorities and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Enterprise Product Vision and Roadmap: Collaborate with business executives and business process owners to create a comprehensive product vision and roadmap for Supplier MDM.
  • Prioritize Deliverables and Features: Define user stories and work with the global product team to effectively prioritize deliverables, features, and functionality tied back to business outcomes.
  • Manage Product Backlog: Create processes for gathering, managing, and executing the product backlog.
  • Drive MDM Principles and Processes: Spearhead the adoption of Next Generation MDM principles, processes, and technologies across Eaton.
  • Communicate Effectively: Outline Next Generation Supplier MDM data strategy, product roadmap, key business outcomes, and communicate effectively across a global business product team.
  • Lead Change Management: Spearhead key change management aspects across the Supplier MDM Product in partnership with global business process owners to drive engagement, awareness, and deliver key outcomes.
  • Support Information and Data Value Stream: Support execution on a comprehensive Information and Data value stream strategy.
  • Deliver Information and Data via DevOps: Deliver Information and Data via DevOps standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required.
  • Data/Application Management Experience: A minimum of 6 years of data/application management experience—with an emphasis on Master Data Management processes and technologies.
  • Product Owner/MDM Project Management Experience: Minimum 3 years of Product Owner/MDM Project Management experience.
  • Master Data Management Principles: Demonstrated understanding of Master Data Management principles and next-generation technologies in the market supplier/partner data domains.
  • Authorization to Work: Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States on a continuous basis without company sponsorship.
