Position Overview:
This role involves providing expertise in Windchill migration. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize best practices and templates for migrating to and from PTC Windchill PLM (across various versions and platforms).

Offer technical insights to Solution Architects concerning data migration design (including CAD and Non-CAD data). Lead migration initiatives, encompassing analysis, design, solution validation, and necessary prototyping, collaborating with clients to ensure optimal template solutions are applied to their environments, thereby delivering value to their operations.

Assist in project management tasks to oversee scope, budget, timeline, and quality for data migration efforts. Communicate migration methodologies and progress to align with customer expectations and facilitate adoption.


Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in Windchill PLM data migration, including mapping and data validation. A minimum of three years' experience in implementing Windchill PLM solutions is essential. Previous migration experience with other PLM systems such as ENOVIA, Teamcenter, or Agile PLM is preferred.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, ITK, SQL, PLMXML, XML, XSLT, C, or C++ is advantageous. Experience in Windchill Site Consolidation is a plus.

Experience in CAD data migration (including UG/NX, ProE, Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA) is beneficial. Knowledge of databases and CAD/ERP systems is also required. Candidates should have experience leading teams of consultants or clients during software implementation or migration projects. A self-starter with strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a background in customer-facing roles is essential.
