We are seeking a Communications Strategy Manager to join our team and drive the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business results for our clients in the sports industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of marketing and communication professionals, providing direction and oversight across all MARCOM activities, including integrated PR, influencer marketing, social, and content creation.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing communications strategies that align with client objectives and support broader agency goals.
  • Partner across multiple segments including A&I, media, creative & strategy, account management, business development, and global counterparts to build full-scale client solutions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, including a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting and executing PR-driven MARCOM strategies and brand-building stories that support business development and client success.
  • Exceptional ability to cultivate relationships with clients, media, and industry stakeholders, translating them into business growth opportunities.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sports landscape including digital marketing and PR trends, including emerging technologies, data and analytics, and platforms.
  • Proven experience managing budgets and demonstrating ROI on marketing initiatives.
