Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Therapy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs that help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease.
  • Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following established safeguards.
  • Document client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation; establish therapeutic plans and modify them as necessary.
  • Educate clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
  • Be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • When applicable, may require a valid driver's license.
  • Obtain and maintain required department specific competencies and certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $34.50 to $57.00 per hour, based on location and experience.
