Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Negotiator to join our team at Group14 Technologies. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with customer programs and communicating progress with stakeholders.

In this role, you will work closely with Business Development, internal legal counsel, external legal counsel, Quality, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to support Group14's efforts to supply the largest battery makers, EV OEMs, and consumer electronics companies in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Your primary focus will be on reviewing, revising, and negotiating contracts, including supply agreements, allocation agreements, terms and conditions, and purchase orders. You will also provide concise and effective communications to key internal and external stakeholders on contract progress.

Requirements:

**Experience:**
  • 5+ years of contract management and/or customer support experience
  • Experience with automotive or battery customers or equivalent

Education:

* BS or MS degree in Engineering, Chemistry, MBA, JD, or equivalent job experience
