**Job Summary**
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to join our Global Business Analytics and Platforms team. As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Chief Information Officer/Chief Information Security Officer. Your primary function will be to analyze business processes, design and implement them in Salesforce, and provide custom solutions for specific business requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with our Business Applications and Sales Operations teams, and Business Stakeholders to identify, document, and implement streamlined business processes by leveraging Salesforce's functionality and capabilities.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using reusable Lightning Components, Lightning Pages, Lightning Data Services, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Apex Test Classes on Sales and Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud sites.
- Ensure secure coding and UI standards and best practices are applied during development.
- Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of applications and programs.
- Lead efforts to configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain program code and applications.
- Drive and support the process for source code management.
- Contribute to integration, systems, and performance testing and tuning of code.
- Define and promote opportunities for re-usability of code, configurations, procedures, and techniques.
**Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Apex, and LWC development.
- Experience in Salesforce.com configuration in creating Custom Objects, Custom fields, buttons, links, Record types, Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Custom Settings, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Approval Processes.
- Experience designing and building process flows.
- Development customizations of Salesforce.com applications using reusable Lightning Components, lightning pages, experience cloud sites, lightning data services, apex classes, apex triggers, and apex test classes on Sales and Service Cloud.
- Should have experience in integration (REST API), Configuration, and Web Services.
- Understanding of Data Migration.
- Should have experience in using data loader.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development tools using Agile framework and methodologies (Jira/Confluence, Visual Studio, etc).
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must.
