Job Summary:

Brandon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Aide. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Restock and maintain supplies and equipment in resident rooms and common areas.
  • Assist with laundry and linen services as needed.
  • Participate in deep cleaning and disinfection of high-touch areas and resident rooms.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning process.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
