Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Clerk to join our team at Arizona Western College. As an Office Clerk, you will provide exceptional support services to students, staff, and the public, ensuring a positive and productive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to students, staff, and the public, including answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including setting up event spaces, answering questions, and ensuring the proper use of equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain the fitness center, including logging use, ensuring proper equipment use, and sanitizing facilities.
  • Provide support services to students, including assisting with online platforms, learning management systems, and remote student support services.
  • Process new and updated information in designated computer database systems.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience working in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Computer literate and able to navigate online platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Arizona Western College.
  • Three years of experience working in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • One year of data entry experience preferred.
Additional Eligibility Requirements
  • CPR and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain within one month of employment.
  • TABE Proctor Certification required or ability to obtain within one month of employment.
