Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care plans to address those needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and care plans.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Current licensure to practice as an RN in the State of Arkansas (includes multistate).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification required (may be obtained within 3 months of hire).
