**Job Description**

This position is responsible for overseeing the overall direction and strategy of the newspaper, including editorial, advertising, and production teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Leveraging expertise in sales and marketing to build strong relationships with advertisers and readers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

**Requirements and Qualifications**

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a relocation allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.
