About the Role:

Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Coach to join our team. As a Recovery Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery, providing guidance, and empowering them to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide rehabilitation groups under supervision and assist in crisis intervention.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement personalized recovery plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting.
  • Valid CA Driver's License and successful DMV driving history check.
