Shift: 3x12 hours
Duties:
- Data Collection: Gather relevant information about the healthcare consumer's health or situation.
- Assessment Analysis: Evaluate collected data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
- Expected Outcomes: Identify and establish measurable outcomes for individualized care plans.
- Care Plan Development: Create a plan that outlines strategies to achieve expected outcomes.
- Care Coordination: Implement the care plan, coordinate care delivery, and promote a safe environment.
- Delegation: Delegate tasks to appropriate healthcare workers according to legal and policy parameters.
Requirements:
- Current BLS Certification: Possess current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association.
- RN Licensure: Hold a current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of employment or reside, or meet licensure requirements in the primary state of residency for National License Compact states.
