Job Overview
As an Airframe Integration Systems Engineer, you will engage in a multifaceted engineering discipline that focuses on a holistic approach to system design and integration.

Your role will encompass all activities that align both business objectives and technical requirements to deliver a high-quality product that satisfies user expectations.

This position involves executing a comprehensive process of design, development, and optimization of systems. You will be responsible for identifying and quantifying system requirements, generating alternative design concepts, conducting design trade studies, selecting and implementing optimal designs, and ensuring that these designs are effectively integrated and executed.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct integration of components and products, ensuring maximum performance and operability across multiple systems.
- Manage product and system requirements, specifications, and their flow down.
- Drive validation and verification processes for the overall product/system, including system-level testing.
- Define product requirements for modules, components, subcontractors, and partner teams.
- Oversee the interface between components and execution teams.
- Lead critical-to-quality (CTQ) and risk assessments within design teams.
- Manage product configuration and configuration control systems.
- Develop specialized knowledge in your discipline and serve as a quality resource, staying informed on the latest technical advancements.
- Contribute to strategy and policy development, ensuring effective delivery within your area of responsibility.

Utilize your in-depth knowledge of best practices and market differentiators to make informed decisions and solve complex operational or engineering challenges. You will leverage your technical expertise for data analysis to support recommendations and use various internal and limited external sources to guide your decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
Desired Skills
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in documenting, planning, and executing programs.
- Established project management capabilities.

This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Final offers will be contingent upon obtaining necessary authorization for access to such information from the U.S. Government.
