Job Description

Job Summary:

The Cafe Counter Clerk provides exceptional customer service and support to our customers and team members in our Ooh La La Bistro Cafe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking and processing food orders, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take and process food orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions
  • Clean and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Set up and stock supplies and tools during opening and closing
  • Stand for entire shift and lift up to 30-50lbs

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for entire shift and lift up to 30-50lbs
