Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance/HVAC Technician to join our team at Performance Food Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all building systems, including HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems, and electrical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems, and electrical services.
  • Inspections and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing of building systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, including data from main electrical panels and inspection reports.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or system malfunctions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to design and construct carpentry items and respond to maintenance calls.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: Previous HVAC experience and/or certification required
  • Preferred Qualifications: Overhead door maintenance experience a plus
