We are seeking junior to mid-level attorneys licensed in the District of Columbia with a focus on Patent Litigation. Ideal candidates will possess a background in electrical or computer engineering, enabling them to effectively handle complex patent disputes in U.S. district courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). Responsibilities include challenging and defending patents in post-grant proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and providing legal counsel on intellectual property matters that arise during commercial transactions.


This position offers an exceptional opportunity to engage in patent infringement litigation from its inception through trial, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
