Shift Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers, and performing a variety of tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet targets and help departments meet their goals.
