About the Role

Cascade Solutions is seeking an experienced Automotive Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining and managing technical products in the interior and exterior areas in the form of spare parts, taking into account economic and technical aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the interface between production, development, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate all product changes and spare parts supply to meet customer demands and optimize business operations.
  • Review components for technical development requirements for change management to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage sales approval and assortment minimization to ensure optimal economic service and reduce costs.
  • Consider special equipment variants and define them for the Electronic Parts Catalog to enhance customer experience.
  • Handle inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of technical products, spare parts, and change management. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
