Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations
    • Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly to ensure accurate financial records.
    • Conduct thorough audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
    • Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Guest Service
    • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Check guests in and out, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Input and update financial information into our accounting system.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Previous night audit or accounting experience required.
  • Skills
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working a varied schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, and reach.
