Job Title: Aluminum Welders

At ResourceMFG, we are seeking skilled Aluminum Welders to join our team in a metal fabrication shop located in West Jacksonville. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG welding of Mild Steel & Aluminum and be able to meet and/or exceed production goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform MIG welding of Aluminum and Mild Steel
  • Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
  • Arrange and fit prepared components into fabricated products
  • Grind and sand welded areas to various degrees of finishing
  • Operate equipment such as band saw, tube bender, or other shop equipment
Requirements:
  • Safety conscious and familiar with standard safety rules and policies
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • Coachable and trainable
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed production goals
  • Must pass welding test prior to employment
  • Must provide own tools (welding helmet, tape measure, framing square, welding pliers)
  • Safety toe boots required
