Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lender, real estate, civil, and business litigation, with 2-10+ years of litigation experience. We are open to considering candidates with general litigation experience who are eager to grow and specialize in these areas.

• Manage a diverse caseload, including lender, real estate, civil, and business litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic legal advice.
• Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 2 to 10+ years of litigation experience - Lender, real estate, civil litigation, business litigation. Would consider any candidate with litigation experience.
• Trail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
• Billable hour requirement between 1500 to 1800.
• Licensed in MA.
