Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Surprise.

Job Summary

The SLP will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, creating personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapy programs. This role requires flexibility to adapt to changing needs within various facilities.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or be committed to learning and growing with our organization.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current SLP license in the state where the hospital resides
  • Current BLS certification
  • One year of clinical experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as life and disability insurance.
