Job Summary:
Archer Daniels Midland Company seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Beech Grove, IN. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain machinery and equipment, following safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues.
  • Repair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical drive systems, including material systems.
  • Fabricate and assemble equipment as needed.

Requirements:
  • Commitment to ADM's zero injury culture and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Regular and prompt attendance, with ability to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve prolonged standing, sitting, and working in confined spaces.
  • Basic welding, layout, and fabrication skills, with experience in V-belt and Chain drive systems.
  • Machine troubleshooting and repair skills, with knowledge of 480-volt - 3-phase motor circuits.
