Position Overview:


The Surgical Technologist is responsible for delivering technical surgical support to patients, following the directives of the physician and adhering to established hospital policies and procedures. This role involves providing essential services for surgical patients under the guidance of the Director or Coordinator.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Completion of a CST program, Surgical Technologist/Technician Degree, or Surgical Assistant program is necessary.
  • One or more years of experience as a scrub member of a surgical team is preferred but not mandatory.


Certification:
Must be eligible for or possess CST certification.


Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, with every sixth weekend/holiday/call; 80 hours biweekly.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is competitive, with rates starting at $34.00 per hour, based on experience.
