**Job Title:** Pediatric Intensivist

Howard-Sloan Search, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Intensivist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in caring for critically ill neonates and infants, with a strong background in pediatrics and pediatric critical care medicine.

Responsibilities:

• Coverage of 22-bed Level 3 NICU with an average daily census of 14 patients
• Newborn nursery care with an annual delivery volume of 2,700
• 340 annual NICU admissions
• In-house coverage with a 2-week on, 1-week off schedule
• Night coverage provided by Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)

Requirements:

• Board certification in Pediatrics or Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pediatric intensive care
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
