We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ER nurse to join our team at a progressive hospital system in Tallahassee, Florida.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a float pool setting, where you will have the ability to rotate through various areas of the nursing spectrum, including emergency room, ICU, and other acute care units.
As a float pool RN-ER, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, making nursing assessments and diagnoses, and developing plans to improve patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent ER acute care RN experience, with a strong focus on flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and interventions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida or compact licensure
- 2 years of recent ER acute care RN experience
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting
