We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Locum provider for General Medicine cases. As a Locum Nurse Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and cases, while also having the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace.
About the Role:- Perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments for Veterans
- Work on a PRN basis, with ongoing opportunities for coverage
- Choose from two options for coverage: travel to VES leased facilities or schedule Veterans within your own practice
- Work 1/2 days (4 hours) or full days (8 hours), with flexibility to choose your own schedule
- Perform one-time non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments
- Use a Goniometer and be familiar with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions
- Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions
- Active and unrestricted full license
- AANP certification
- Own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products)
- Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified
- CV needs current home address listed for presentation
- Will need a copy of ECFMG certificate if attended school in a different country
