Hospice Care Specialist PRN

As a Hospice Registered Nurse PRN with Heritage Hospice Group Llc, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to patients and their families. Your primary functions will include administering nursing care, coordinating care with the Interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency, and assuming responsibility for coordination of care.
We are looking for a professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Primarily, we are looking for weekday and weekend coverage, but some normal business hours work is available. We estimate the salary for this position to be around $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
