Job Description:
The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role is designed for career advancement, focusing on leadership development and preparation for a CVS Store Manager position. This 16-week program includes virtual and hands-on learning experiences, led by a team of experts, including District Leaders, Human Resources Business Partners, Training Store Managers, and Store Managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed as a SMIT, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer care skills, with the ability to lead and motivate your team. Key qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor
