Job Summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at the Courtyard Boston Norwood Canton. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food items according to hotel standards and recipes
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Ensure excellent customer service, responding to guest requests and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in a hotel or food service industry preferred
  • Food Handlers Certification, as required by state regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
