About the Role

We're seeking a Staff Product Designer for our Creator Tools team to help build end-to-end design solutions that support our mission. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Research, Product, and Engineering to identify, plan, scope, and execute design solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user experiences that meet the needs of large-scale creators
  • Proactively discover company-level opportunities and develop high-fidelity prototypes and expert storytelling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute design solutions and drive business impact
  • Develop innovative patterns and systems that are durable, repeatable, and achieve a high standard for craft

About You

  • 7+ years of experience in crafting end-to-end product design experiences
  • Highly competent in translating target audience needs to solutions through a holistic and empathetic process
  • Demonstrated portfolio of shipping world-class customer experiences that have made a significant impact on business metrics
  • Deep organization and execution skills, especially in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in design thinking methodologies to lead teams toward user-centered outcomes
  • Deep commitment to craft and product excellence

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including equity plans, healthcare, unlimited paid time off, company holidays, and recharge days.
