To facilitate our growth, we are in search of a proficient Business Systems Analyst to enhance our operations. This role encompasses the functions of a Business Process Analyst, Integrator, and Application Support Specialist.

Objective

The primary aim is to promote efficiency and encourage innovation by transforming, maintaining, and implementing business systems and processes.

  • Transformation: Evaluate and redesign business processes and systems to adopt new strategies, optimize operations, and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintenance: Oversee the management of existing platforms and solutions, including SQL Server, QlikSense (BI), and the integration of various business and accounting systems.
  • Implementation: Lead the initiation of new projects related to Data Management, CRM, Business Intelligence, and Analytics through active participation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Assessment: Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, categorize, and analyze business system requirements.
  • Enhancing Operations: Identify and evaluate opportunities for operational improvements by utilizing advanced systems, services, and processes.
  • Project Management: Spearhead project implementations as a technical lead, manager, or team member.
  • Standardization and Protocols: Develop and promote comprehensive standards and procedures to adapt to the evolving business environment.
  • System Development and Support: Actively participate in system design, deployment, and maintenance, encompassing technical responsibilities, client engagement, and project resource coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in MSSQL and BI/Analytic systems.
  • Experience in building data warehouses/data marts is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with QlikSense, Lawson, FSM, and Rental4000 is advantageous.

Implementation Expertise

  • Proven experience in the end-to-end implementation of business systems and process enhancements.

Communication Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in both business and technical contexts.

Education and Experience

  • Work Experience: At least 6 years in similar roles.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related technical field.
