As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include leading clinic staff, implementing clinical protocols, and ensuring patient satisfaction through accurate charting and professional communication.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
• Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
• Masters Degree in Nursing.
