Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute clinical trials, including interaction with clinic departments, education of staff, and provision of resources required
- Monitor care and progress of patients, serving as a clinical liaison for any interdisciplinary or consulted care
- Provide clinical direction, coordination, and execution of research projects
- Collaborate with staff within the institute and with outside organizations in the completion of clinical research trials
- Integrate ethical principles in all aspects of practice
- Enhance knowledge of culture and diversity needs for specific populations
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with completion of BSN within 60 months of hire or 10 years of Registered Nurse experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse
- Registered Nurse (RN) State And/Or Compact State Licensure
- Other specialty certification such as oncology certified nurse (OCN), Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC), Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN), etc.
