Salary Information$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job DescriptionThe Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing meal ingredients, including fruits and vegetables, meats, and condiments. This will involve tasks such as peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients, as well as preparing simple dishes like breads or salads. The Prep Cook may also be responsible for mixing or preparing condiments, dressings, and sauces.

RequirementsIn order to be successful in this role, the Prep Cook must have basic knowledge of food handling techniques and preparation procedures. They should also be able to work well in a team environment and maintain personal hygiene standards. Prior related experience is preferred, but not required. High school or vocational school coursework in kitchen basics is also a plus.
